What I Wanted Didn’t Exist
So I planted the seeds and nurtured it.

Dear Cultivators.
It looks like Siembra Connect just got an update to its algorithm… and by algorithm, we mean something more algo-ritmico:
Okay, so when I said Siembra Connect helps you grow, apparently we meant EXCEPT for selling out to platforms that pay you in exposure. I believe we need to platform ourselves, build relationships in a way that taps into a catchphrase an old friend, Ted Rubin coined… getting a ROR - Return on Relationship.
Does this means no weak brand deals? No exploitative partnerships? No chasing crumbs?! YES…
“But George how could I ever possibly build a business without giving all my content away for free?! “
Thru Siembra Connect, I teach you weekly how to stand your ground and demand your worth.
In all seriousness, I know I am introducing something game-changing. with this concept. Friendly reminder that it’s much too easy to burn out when you’re planting seeds in someone else’s garden, especially if you lose access to your social accounts.

Now, if you’ve been following my journey, you know I’m always thinking about visibility, ownership, and sustainability when it comes to building a platform. Social media is cool, but it’s borrowed land—one algorithm tweak and your reach disappears faster than a plate of abuela’s arroz con gandules at a family party.

How was this weeks newsletter? |
It’s not you, it’s your platform
Your newsletter content is top-notch. Your social media game is on point. Your aspirations are through the roof. Yet you’re stuck on level one.
We’ve got bad news (and then really good news): your newsletter platform stinks. And beehiiv can get you where you want to be.
Most newsletter platforms leave the growth and monetization aspects of content creation to the creator. But that’s like trying to drive a car with no wheels.
Beehiiv’s platform is built for growth, so you can scale at the speed your content deserves with features like paid subscriptions, referral programs, and an ad network that connects you with global brands like Netflix and Nike.
It’s time to ask yourself: if your newsletter platform isn’t doing enough for you, what are you going to do about it?
