Hello Cultivators,
I’ve been thinking a lot about the myth we’ve all been sold, and how deeply you all refuse to see that it is all smoke and mirrors. Some of you really believe that you need 10,000+ followers before you can really “start.”
All this time I have been trying to teach you what the truth is…
Some of the most impactful creators I know have tiny followings but massive impact. They don’t wait for a magic number to give them permission. They lead with their story, they show up for their people, and they create spaces where connection thrives.
Your journey isn’t about the size of your audience… it’s about the depth of your impact. When you follow that dream, even if it’s just you and 10 people in the room, you’re already building something powerful.
This week, we’re going deeper into the real creator journey… the messy, inspiring, fully human process of turning ideas into movements without waiting for the algorithm’s approval. You need to read this newsletter in order.
Creator Spotlight showcases a standout creative who is making waves in their industry. Learn about their journey, projects, and insights, and get inspired by how they’re building their brand and impact.

Anny Caba isn’t just sharing pretty travel photos… she’s building a bilingual, culture-rich travel brand rooted in authentic storytelling and representation.
