Embacing My Curiosity

Most of my life, when I introduced myself as George, people with respond with one of two things. They would either call me Curious George or George of the Jungle… some people would even sing the song and say “watch out for that tree”.

As I have grown older and embraced my inner child, I have learned to embrace these references.

My curiosity has me often in places people like me often don’t have access to, I have always been ok with going into the unknown and figuring out how things work. Mama would say “tu eres presentado” that I was nosey… but to me it was research.

That curiosity is exactly how I have been helping creators get their projects off the ground. Whether it's cracking the code on social media strategies or helping build a brand from scratch by finding the real voice, I’m all in, asking questions nobody else thinks to ask. And, like the original Curious George, I might be a little disruptive along the way, but one thing I have learned is that the results will eventually speak louder than my ideas. My curiosity as a superpower is amplified by the fact that I never had “a man in a yellow hat” to guide me.

Now, George of the Jungle? Look, I might not be swinging from trees (at least not in NYC), but navigating the creator economy is its own kind of jungle. You’ve got to be quick, agile, and ready to adapt. Sometimes, yeah, you hit a tree - hard.

But you get up, dust off, and keep moving forward. That’s where the fun is - figuring out how to go from "What just happened?" to "Watch this!"

So what am I up to today?

I have done something that is scary and exciting at the same time, I have branded my continued sense of curiosity into a free newsletter… called Siembra 🌱 Connect and I want to share my process with you.
