The Siembra Connect Podcast is going LIVE on Spotify on November 24th, 2025, and I’m so hyped to share this with you! This has been a dream of mine—to create a space where we can really connect, grow, and talk about what it means to thrive as creators and entrepreneurs.
Although I am not new to podcasting, having produced and hosted both Radio Capicu and Social Sofrito in years past, I also have produced radio pilots for both Spotify, Univision Radio and other platforms… I believe this will be my best work yet.

I am very happy to introduce you to Paulette Erato, a powerhouse in the podcasting world and a trailblazer for Latina representation in media. As the founder of the Latinas in Podcasting Virtual Summit, Paulette is on a mission to create space for Latina voices, opening doors for new podcasters and shining a spotlight on stories that need to be heard.
I have been following her on Threads and really love the way she is relentless about making sure she says the names of the best Latina podcasters in every room she walks into.
How It All Began:
It started with a simple idea—bring Latine podcasters together. Partnering with the trailblazing Theresa E. Gonzales of Latinas from the Block to the Boardroom, Paulette co-hosted a vibrant happy hour and networking event in Los Angeles. The connections forged that evening were electric, planting the seeds for a collective that could uplift Latina creators everywhere.
While Theresa continues her work empowering Latinas in business, tech, and social issues, Paulette focused her energy on building the Latinas in Podcasting Virtual Summit—a platform designed to educate, inspire, and foster collaboration within the community.
Why It Matters:
Latinas in Podcasting is more than a summit; it’s a movement. Paulette’s work ensures that Latina voices aren’t just part of the conversation but are leading it. From challenging cultural norms to celebrating the diversity within the Latine community, Paulette is helping claim the space Latinas deserve in media.

I used to provide free / low cost content when I ran my Social Sofrito branding classes, and I realized that one of my opportunities was I never asked for support. I believed that if you were paying attention to my content, you would know to support me.
