Hello Cultivators,

What if I told you that you might grow faster if you stopped networking for a while?

Sounds wild, right? But stay with me.

We spend so much time chasing new connections that we forget the value sitting right in front of us. Sometimes when we first meet someone, collaboration opportunities are scarce. You might’ve met them before you fully stepped into your purpose… or before they did. But people evolve. And when they do, past connections often become future possibilities.

I used to have people tell me they didn’t send me opportunities because I didn’t stay in touch. They assumed I was too busy or already booked solid. My silence gave them the impression I didn’t need anything—and that couldn’t have been further from the truth.

Here’s what I’ve learned: people want to see you grow. They’ll often give you opportunities they think you need. But if you disappear, you fall off their radar. Staying connected keeps you top of mind—and more importantly, reminds them that you’re still planting seeds.

And honestly, wouldn’t you rather work with people you already know, who understand your values, and who you can trust to show up with integrity? Collaboration feels smoother, communication flows better, and the results often exceed what you could have built with a stranger.

Think about it… here is a lesson to start the process for just a week so you can see how much faster you can get to growth this way.

🌱 Siembra Lessons

Quick, practical takeaways for creators to grow their brand and business.

So this is your Siembra Challenge for this week.

For the next 7 days, I want you to stop chasing new contacts. Revisit the ones you already have. Reach out, reconnect, and share what you’re building. You don’t need to “network”—you just need to nurture.

Here are a few things you can do today to start reconnecting with people you already know… and spark new opportunities:

Send three quick check-ins.
Look through your phone contacts, LinkedIn messages, or old DMs on Instagram or Threads. Reach out to a few people you haven’t spoken to in a while. Keep it simple: “Hey, I was thinking about you. How’s everything going?” Genuine curiosity opens doors.

Share what you’re working on.
Use your Instagram stories, LinkedIn posts, or group chats to show what you’re building or excited about. People can’t support what they don’t know about.

Offer value first.
Scroll through your email, text threads, or Slack channels and find someone who could use a resource, intro, or opportunity. Send them something helpful with no strings attached.

Schedule one virtual or in-person catch-up.
Check your calendar, contacts, or community groups and pick someone you’ve been meaning to reconnect with. Coffee, lunch, or a 15-minute video call can bring an old relationship back to life.

Revisit your “warm leads.”
Search your inbox or past DMs for conversations that faded out. Follow up with: “Hey, I was thinking about what we discussed…still open to exploring that idea?”

What I am really saying… you don’t need to start from scratch… your next opportunity is probably sitting in your “read box”.

🛠️ Tech Stack

Essential tools and platforms to make your workflow smoother.

As you may already know, I play often with AI in order to accomplish two things, create better productivity and to enhance my creativity by using tools that can take my ideas and make them real. Here is one of the the things I play with in my AI Sandbox.

Galaxy AI Review: The Ultimate Playground for AI Creators

Galaxy AI truly shines as an all-in-one hub for creativity and productivity. For just $15 a month, it gives you access to more than 3,000 AI tools—including ChatGPT-4, Claude 3, Midjourney, and DALL·E 3—under one roof.

For creators, marketers, and small business owners who love experimenting, it’s a goldmine. You can write, design, generate videos, summarize content, and even create AI headshots—all without juggling multiple subscriptions. The variety keeps your workflow fresh and opens doors to tools you might not have discovered otherwise.

Why It Works for Me:
Galaxy AI is perfect for exploration. It lets me test new platforms, compare outputs, and experiment before deciding which ones earn a permanent spot in my daily tech stack. For the tools I use heavily and rely on for high-volume work, I believe in investing directly in their official subscriptions—but Galaxy AI helps me find those gems faster and more affordably.
