New beginningsâŠ
My Dear Cultivators,
Life has a way of testing us, and 2024 tested me in ways I never saw coming. A partnership deal I had poured my heart into went south, turning my world upside down. It wasnât just the loss of momentum or moneyâit was the realization that sometimes the seeds we plant wonât grow, no matter how much love & care we give them.
I decided halfway thru 2024, to let go. Honestly, it was a painful chapter, but it taught me something invaluable: sometimes, we have to use the âshitâ life gives us as the fertilizer for the next seeds we plant.
But hereâs the thing: I made a decision to take the loss and move on. My peace is priceless. I reminded myself of something powerfulâif I can put my mind to it, I can do anything. And you can too.
It also reminded me what Mama would say âLo tuyo no te lo quita nadieâ. Lo mio - in this case is my creativity and my ability to create impact for creators of diverse backgrounds without teaching or supporting those that resort to unethical practices.
This is the reason this newsletter exists and why I am so passionate to continue to empower creators to make these dreams come true.
Starting fresh doesnât mean Iâve failed. It means Iâve learned. It means I am brave enough to let go of whatâs not working and plant new seeds for the future I truly deserve. And the best time to do that isnât some perfect day on the calendar. Itâs not Monday or January 1st. Itâs right now.
So, whatever isnât working, let it go. Trust in your ability to create, grow, and thrive. Every moment holds the potential for transformation if we choose to embrace it.
DM me if you want to chat about what you are going thru, I am here to support you.
Letâs dig in together. đż
Siempre creciendo,
George Torres

I want to start the first quarter / season of the year revisiting my Audit - Align - Amplify framework. Originally part of âMyThree Wordsâ exercise a few year back, it has become the foundational lesson I teach when I take on new clients.
Audit is the foundation of growth and alignment. Itâs a deliberate and reflective process of taking stock of where you currently stand. In the Siembra framework, this means examining your platforms, processes, content, and values with a critical lens. The goal is to identify what's working, whatâs not, and whatâs misaligned with your mission, audience, or goals.
Through this process, creators and community builders uncover hidden opportunities, assess gaps in their strategy, and gain clarity on the tools and resources they need to move forward. Audit is not about perfectionâit's about awareness and setting the stage for intentional, impactful progress.
By focusing on data, storytelling, and authenticity, the Audit step empowers creators to better understand their digital footprint and creative direction, ensuring that every decision that follows is informed and strategic.
5-Point Siembra Plan: How to Conduct an Audit of Your Social Media Presence
1. Cultivate Clarity: Review Your Digital Footprint
Take a step back and examine every platform where youâre active. Look at your bio, pinned content, and overall messaging. Ask yourself:
Does this represent who I am today?
Does my audience understand what I offer?
đ Tip: Screenshot key sections to compare before-and-after progress.
2. Pull Weeds: Analyze Your Metrics
Go beyond vanity metrics (likes and follows) and focus on meaningful data:
Which posts generate the most engagement and saves?
Where do you lose followers?
What type of content drives conversations?
đ± Siembra Mindset: Numbers tell a storyâlisten and learn without judgment.
3. Water What Works: Identify Strengths and Gaps
Make a list of:
đ± Content types that resonate (reels, carousels, stories, etc.)
đ Formats that feel stale or unaligned
Your goal: Double down on what feels authentic and discard what doesnât serve your community.
4. Seed New Opportunities: Check for Alignment
Ask yourself:
Am I speaking directly to my audience's needs and desires?
Is my visual style consistent and intentional?
Does my content align with my brandâs values?
đ± Siembra is all about nurturingânot rushing. Realign before planting new seeds.
5. Nurture for Growth: Create an Actionable Plan
Break your findings into actionable categories:
â
Quick wins (update bio, fix broken links)
đ
Mid-term goals (launch new content series, update graphics)
đŻ Long-term moves (develop partnerships, build newsletter cross-promotion)
Key takeaway: Your audit isnât a one-time taskâitâs an ongoing practice to keep your brand intentional and aligned.
I have given you the light version of the core of this practice so you can do it yourself. If you think you need help going thru this practice, visit http://www.SiembraAcademy.com to find out how I can further support you.
