Before we get started, I wanted to thank you for your patience as we worked thru the global outage that was caused by Cloudflare last week. Every thing seems to be working ok now.

There’s a quiet grief in the things we never start.
The book we keep “working on in our head.”
The podcast we swear we’ll launch when life slows down.
The business idea sitting in a notes app no one will ever open.
The summit we dream about creating but never actually plan.
We tell ourselves the timing isn’t right.
We tell ourselves we need one more skill, one more dollar, one more sign.
But the truth is simpler than that:
If we do not start, none of it matters.
A book that isn’t written doesn’t get read.
A podcast that never records an episode doesn’t get discovered.
A business that only lives in your imagination never changes lives.
A summit that never leaves the planning phase can’t bring people together.
And you can’t build community around something that doesn’t exist yet.
What hurts the most, though?
When you finally see someone else do the thing you’ve been holding in your chest for years.
It’s not jealousy… not really.
It’s the sting of knowing that you have had this inside of you all along.
Keep in mind…
They didn’t have a better version.
They didn’t have more talent.
They just showed up.
And because they showed up, the world showed up for them.
And suddenly you’re sitting with the rising ache of a simple truth:
Ideas don’t win.
Execution does.
Presence does.
Courage does.
The things we haven’t started will haunt us until we actually do them.
Not to punish us… but to remind us of who we could be if we stopped waiting.
So maybe today is the day you write the first sentence.
Hit record.
Buy the domain.
Send the email.
Book the room.
Plant the seed.
Because the moment you start, you step into a different version of yourself —
the one who finally shows up.
And once you show up, everything else can grow.
PS… I wrote all these things as a self reflection in my journal… this is as much about me as it is about you.

Choose One Thing
Don’t chase ten priorities.
Pick one. Complete it.
Let that be enough.
🌟 So… I wrote a book.
Burnout doesn’t happen all at once—it slips in quietly, turning your creativity into something that feels heavier than it should.
I spent years pushing through it, showing up for everyone but myself, convinced that slowing down meant falling behind. But burnout didn’t end my creativity; it forced me to rebuild it. After Hurricane María, after losing our Capicu Culture venue of fourteen years, after grieving my grandmother and my mother, after helping everyone else stay creative during lockdown while slowly losing my own spark, I realized I needed a map back to myself.
That’s why I wrote this workbook. It’s not a business idea—it’s the guide I wish I had when everything felt too loud and too heavy. It’s a path back to your voice, your confidence, and your joy. I wrote it because you deserve your creativity back, and because I finally understood that I did too.
If this hits home, preorder the workbook today.
Because you are amongst the first to buy this book, you’ll get the full guide plus all the bonus content I created to support your comeback—early access exercises, reflection prompts, behind-the-scenes audio notes, and a private community session where we’ll walk through the process together. This is everything I wish someone had given me when I was rebuilding.
Lock in your preorder now and get the full bundle before it drops.

Here is my personalized creator news drop for 11/23/25
In the last two weeks (November 8-22, 2025), social media platforms have focused on enhancing AI features, improving content editing tools, and adjusting algorithm visibility.
Instagram & Facebook (Meta)
All Videos Treated as Reels: Meta officially announced in June 2025 that all new videos uploaded to Facebook would be shared as Reels by default, a move to simplify the content creation process. Read more about this change on the Meta Newsroom blog.
Hashtag Limits: Instagram is officially rolling out or testing a significant reduction in the maximum number of hashtags allowed per post (down to 3-5 from 30), a shift towards more specific, keyword-rich captions for search engine optimization (SEO). This change has been widely covered by social media industry news sources, such as this report by Social Media Today on the hashtag limits (which also mentions TikTok's aligning changes).
Advertising & Testing: Details on specific ad placement removals or new testing features are often covered by social media marketing blogs and industry analysts.
TikTok
Bulletin Board Feature: TikTok has launched its "bulletin board" feature, a one-to-many broadcast messaging tool for creators with 50,000+ followers to send direct updates to their inboxes, similar to Instagram's Broadcast Channels. Read more about this feature on TechCrunch's coverage of the Bulletin Board launch.
DMs and Creator Tools: News regarding expanded DM features and trending topic insights is generally covered by social media news sites and official creator blogs.
Community Notes: The testing of a "Community Notes" feature (Footnotes) is part of ongoing platform safety and information accuracy efforts, often detailed in company newsrooms or social media industry analysis.
YouTube
Generative AI Tools for Shorts: YouTube has introduced a suite of new generative AI tools for Shorts creators, including a custom version of Google's text-to-video model (Veo 3 Fast) and an "Edit with AI" feature to generate video clips and first drafts from raw footage. You can find details in the official YouTube blog post announcing these new tools.
User Controls: Updates on timestamp controls and comment summaries are typically mentioned in product updates on the official YouTube Help Center or Creator blog.
New Analytics and In-Feed Carousels: Details on new analytics features, such as competitor insights for professional accounts, are usually shared via the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Blog.
📚 Mental Health Resources
Curated guides, tools, and mental health support to strengthen your creator journey.
Recommendations for Healthy Use
Organizations like the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) offer guidance for safer social media engagement.
Set Boundaries: Establish daily time limits and create a healthy balance between online and offline activities.
Be an Active User: Engaging actively (posting, commenting with people you know offline) is associated with better mental well-being than passively consuming content.
Curate Your Feed: Actively unfollow accounts that negatively impact your mood or self-esteem.
Seek Professional Help When Needed: Content can offer community, but it should not replace guidance from a qualified mental health professional.
Use Trustworthy Resources: Utilize apps and resources recommended by health professionals, such as those for mindfulness, anxiety, or specific conditions (e.g., Headspace, PTSD Coach, or the Suicide Safety Plan app).
