Why We Started

Siembra Connect was founded by George "Urban Jibaro" Torres, a cultural strategist and award-winning storyteller who’s been building online since dial-up.

After decades of helping brands like JetBlue, Toyota, and HBO tell better stories, George turned his focus to helping creators of color stop playing small and start building something that lasts.

This isn’t just a platform. It’s a movement. A reclamation of power. A chance to grow something that’s truly yours.
